Shipping policy
We offer free shipping to orders $100+. Shipping rates for orders under $100 will be applied at checkout.
Our goal is to package and ship your orders as soon as possible.
We will do our best to ensure your order is delivered within 5-7 business days after your order has been processed, but cannot be held responsible or guarantee any arrival date for shipping conditions out of our control. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing.
Once an order has been shipped, you will a receive shipping confirmation email with tracking. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to be available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving a shipping confirmation email, contact us at contact.made4more@gmail.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
Please keep in mind that once an order is dropped off at the post office, it is out of our hands. If your package has not moved in several days or was lost in the mail, please contact your local USPS and file a claim.
If you would like to repurchase a lost item, contact us and we will give you a 10% off discount.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
We are unable to make any changes to an order once you receive a shipping confirmation email. If changes need to be made to an order, email contact.made4more@gmail.com immediately after placing the order.
